The Dragon Quest Wiki was privately founded on August 27, 2020 by Bluey (an alternate alias used by Bawitdaba at the time) for the wiki specifically) to make a wiki on Dragon Quest in the style of the Super Mario Wiki.
On January 18, 2022, the wiki has been moved to Miraheze and made open for public editing.
